This is long overdue. Considering this is the age of Colonization and the fact that the AI doesn't even know how to transport Troops across the water is kind of game breaking. Could you imagine playing against Great Britain when the British can't even figure out how to cross the English Channel.
Is Sega blaming steam for Total War's sketchy launch? Maybe they should have allowed Pre-Loading then, most big releases get pre-loading for a reason...I guess Sega thought they knew what they where doing.
They didn't. The excuse they gave for not allowing it was pathetic. Sega said their wouldn't be pre-loading because Empire total war had a staggered release (3rd-4th), I call BS on that.

You could always go back to Chainsawing doods in Gears of War. WTF are you talking about? You mean you don't like US Army tag on it. I'm sure you don't have a problem playing other games like COD4 or Soldier of Fortune or other games that glorify War and Violence to a much greater extent than the AA games ever do.

I do feel like I'm getting shafted tho. With this Windows 7 thing. Vista users ought to at least be able to upgrade for like 25-50 bucks. I will not be paying 100+ dollars for Windows 7 six months after I built my Vista Machine.

Relic makes Starcraft and Command & Conquer look like Checkers, compared to the Chess game that is Dawn of War and Company of Heroes (not to mention Homeworld).
Not only is it a lackluster single player game but it's also a horrible dating sim!
How is that relevant? That's not what the game is about. Does every game that has some history in it have to include the history of the whole world lest somebody who plays it think it's biased. It's a video game. Not a history book.

There's nothing new or innovative about 60 player online or 8 player co-op.
Your judging these games based on the BS bullet points on the back of the box...which is retarded. It almost reminds of the parodies Shawn Elliot (of 1up) did with games like "Duty Calls", which had extra "big graphics".
